For purchases beginning April 10, 2023, all Omega Horseshoe brands are backed by our Industry-leading Lifetime Breakage Warranty. Purchases prior to this date are covered under our previous 2-Year Warranty and must also complete the warranty registration form below.
Lifetime Breakage Warranty
Omega Horseshoe Co. horseshoes are made from premium steel, expertly forged and tempered to perfection. Our horseshoes are made to last, but if they don’t, we want to know about it.
Warranty Validation
This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently obtains the product from you. Owners must register their horseshoes with Omega Horseshoe Co. within 25 days of purchase via our Online Registration Form or mailed to the address below.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty covers cracks and breakage - excluding general use wear and tear including, but not limited to, scrapes, nicks, and dings, and expendable parts such as paint/finish. Altering of horseshoes will void this warranty. We may refuse any warranty claim wherein ill-intent is suspected.
NOTE: This product can be played outdoors but must be stored indoors. Extensive rust will void warranty.
Warranty Performance
Cracked or broken shoes within the warranty period must be returned (both horseshoes) to Omega Horseshoe Co., with proof of purchase, for inspection and subsequent replacement (customer pays return shipping). This warranty applies to the original purchase only (one replacement). A 25 % restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returned orders seeking a refund. Unless stipulated otherwise herein, all sales are final.
